Essential Health

On the 8th September 2018; Essential health Managing Director, along with 6 participants will be challenging themselves to complete a daunting 25 mile cross country cycle trek to help raise funds for AGE UK North Staffordshire.  The grading of this route is severe with prolonged climbs, steep hills, remote stone tracks, boggy terrain, gravel tracks and narrow steep descents.

Each participant have set themselves a target of £150.  During the 4 months all participants will be working on various fundraising events to help reach their targets;

this will include: Various local events; local Pub fun days, face painting, beauty therapy sessions, sponsored car wash and many other interesting and innovative ideas.

All Essential health Care Givers are eager to contribute to help raise funds for this amazing Charity AGE UK North Staffordshire.
