Very happy with the carers; they have taken good care of my Mum, always asking if she wants a cup of tea, and they heat her hot water bottles up. Mum feels very comfortable around them, which takes a big load off my shoulders; they always ask how I am coping, just their presence in the house has eased the stress.

Every member of Essential Health treated us with the utmost respect and dignity. They visited four times a day whilst my partner was so poorly. He was made to feel comfortable on each visit. Essential Health comes into our home and treated my father with such respect and compassion. The carers came four times a day and soon became like family. The care given was amazing. Dad was treated with such dignity and the care received on his last day will be in my heart forever. It was not easy having to accept help from “outsiders” but it soon became clear that Essential Health is a superb service and without them, Dad’s life would not have been as comfortable as it was.
